1.參考接線端子接線圖了解各端子的功能和接線，的要求，然后校正接線；確認(rèn)接線正確后，用500V兆歐表或搖表測(cè)試絕緣電阻；要求電源接線子電機(jī)的接線端子與外殼之間的絕緣電阻值不小于300m；如果絕緣電阻符合要求，只能進(jìn)行通電調(diào)試。

1. First refer to the wiring diagram of the wiring terminal to understand the functions and wiring requirements of each terminal, and then correct the wiring; After confirming that the wiring is correct, test the insulation resistance with 500V megger or megger; It is required that the insulation resistance between the wiring terminal of the power connector and the housing of the motor shall not be less than 300m; If the insulation resistance meets the requirements, only power on commissioning can be carried out.

2.打開電源，檢查“正常”指示燈是否亮起。如果沒有接通(控制電路沒有電源)，更換電源進(jìn)線中的任意兩相；手動(dòng)控制卷簾門的向上運(yùn)動(dòng)、向下運(yùn)動(dòng)、停止和行程開關(guān)的調(diào)整；

2. Turn on the power and check whether the "normal" indicator is on. If it is not connected (the control circuit has no power supply), replace any two phases in the power incoming line; Manually control the upward movement, downward movement, stop and travel switch adjustment of the rolling shutter door;

如無(wú)火警，按“上”鍵，卷簾門應(yīng)下降；按下“停止”按鈕，卷簾門應(yīng)停止運(yùn)行。試運(yùn)行時(shí)，有可能是上下不匹配。此時(shí)只需隨意更換兩臺(tái)啟閉機(jī)的三相接線即可。然后試一下運(yùn)行方向?qū)?yīng)的限位是否起作用(用手直接觸摸微動(dòng)開關(guān))，不起作用就更換限位接線；然后調(diào)整行程開關(guān)的位置，使防火卷簾開關(guān)到位。

If there is no fire alarm, press the "up" button, and the rolling shutter door shall be lowered; Press the "stop" button and the rolling shutter door shall stop running. During commissioning, there may be a mismatch between the top and bottom. At this time, it is only necessary to replace the three-phase wiring of two hoists at will. Then try whether the limit corresponding to the running direction works (touch the microswitch directly by hand), and replace the limit wiring if it doesn't work; Then adjust the position of the travel switch so that the fire shutter switch is in place.

4.門體重復(fù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)：門體出現(xiàn)重復(fù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象時(shí)，首要查看門體在下降過程中是否有物體或簾體本身切斷紅外線狀況，采納相應(yīng)辦法掃除。

4. Repeated operation of door body: in case of repeated operation of door body, first check whether there is an object or the curtain body itself cuts off the infrared ray during the falling process, and take corresponding measures to remove it.
