1.裝主動(dòng)支承板(驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)支架事先連接，焊接在支承板上)，用螺母，彈簧摯圈，平墊圈把穿過(guò)支承扳孔的膨脹栓旋緊， 要求支承板面垂直于卷軸。

 

1. Install the active support plate (the driver bracket is connected in advance and welded on the support plate), screw the expansion bolt through the support plate hole with nut, spring ring and flat washer, and the support plate surface shall be perpendicular to the reel.

 

2.裝從動(dòng)承板方向同上，但在緊螺栓前，要求川水平管校核從動(dòng)支承板的中心高度是否與主動(dòng)支承板一致，水平度控制在洞口高度的1/300內(nèi)，如有偏差及時(shí)調(diào)整。

 

2. The direction of installing the driven support plate is the same as above, but before tightening the bolts, the horizontal pipe is required to check whether the center height of the driven support plate is consistent with the active support plate, and the levelness is controlled within 1 / 300 of the hole height. If there is any deviation, it should be adjusted in time.

 

3.支承板隨整扇門(mén)的重量，有些支承板雖有膨脹栓固定，但還不夠穩(wěn)固，則應(yīng)補(bǔ)以支撐或加強(qiáng)筋，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)固定、配焊、磚墻上固定支承板用對(duì)穿栓。

 

3. Bearing plate with the weight of the whole door, some bearing plates are fixed with expansion bolts, but they are not stable enough, so they should be supplemented with support or reinforcement, and fixed on site, welded, fixed on the brick wall, and the bearing plate should be fixed with through bolts.

二、防火卷軸的安裝：

 

2、 Installation of fireproof reel:

 

1.卷軸安裝前，先將掛板定好方向裝到卷軸上，再把4-6片簾板裝到掛板上并卷緊在卷軸上川鐵絲扎牢。

 

1. Before the installation of the reel, fix the direction of the hanging board on the reel, and then install 4-6 pieces of curtain boards on the hanging board and roll them tightly on the reel.

 

2.吊裝卷軸，一定要注意，設(shè)專(zhuān)人指揮、人字梯、腳手架、手拉葫蘆都要經(jīng)過(guò)檢查。安裝時(shí)先將套上軸承及座的光軸塞入卷軸端孔中，對(duì)準(zhǔn)位置后將軸承固定螺栓擰緊。

 

2. Pay attention to the safety when hoisting the reel. Special person shall be assigned to direct the hoisting. Ladder, scaffold and chain block shall be inspected. When installing, first insert the optical shaft with the bearing and seat into the end hole of the reel, align the position, and then tighten the bearing fixing bolt.

 

3.卷軸上好后，可左右移動(dòng)卷筒調(diào)節(jié)位置。同時(shí)用水平尺和水平管復(fù)核一下卷軸的水平。調(diào)整好后，光軸與卷軸滿(mǎn)焊固定，光軸與軸承用支頭螺釘固定。

 

3. After the reel is installed, the reel can be moved left and right to adjust the position. At the same time, check the level of the reel with a level ruler and a horizontal tube. After adjustment, the optical shaft and the reel are fixed by full welding, and the optical shaft and the bearing are fixed by buttress screws.

 

4.卷軸吊裝時(shí)要特別注意不要碰壞卷在軸上的簾板，用鋼絲繩捆扎時(shí)要墊木板。
